Donia Al Salam Contracting is led by Fayez Osseiran; a graduate of Wayne State University, in Michigan, USA. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, he took his first job in Saudi Arabia in the midst of the large construction boom.

Experience

He has 25 years of experience in construction, supervision, and field coordination. He gained wide experience in the field of design development with multi-national construction companies in Saudi Arabia. Fayez is specialized in construction of civil and architectural works, and is a registered Consultant Engineer with the Saudi Council of Engineers.

  • Deliver and manage projects on time and and within budget(including cost control of individual projects and departmental overheads to ensure profit margins are maintained)
  • Prepare strategic growth plans and organizational change methodologies to ensure the projects department can deliver world leading services
  • Offer a high level of Arabic and English written and interpersonal skills including an ability to communicate, negotiate, and consult
  • Already existing relationships with suppliers across the business
  • Deliver both in-house and outsourced services
  • Manage the strategic direction of the construction division
